I like to run before work and I start work at 5am. Typically we start between 2:30am and 3:00am Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Distances on Monday and Wednesday 8 to 12 miles and Thursday usually 4 miles. Paces are usually faster than 7:30 minute miles. Meet at Starbucks at Spring and Bellflower. There is safety in numbers so if you're a early runner come run with us!

… Note: We were formerly "Long Beach Working Parents of Kids 5 & Under", but I dropped the "of Kids 5 & Under" because I don't want to "age out" of my own group :). My son is 3 years old, so our activities are currently geared towards the pre-school age range, but I think most activites we plan will appeal to a broad age range of kids.
