Well i bought a sandbag. its basically a super sturdy duffel bag with handles all over it and inside are two bladders that can be filled with sand in order to make the bag heavy. next i started going out to ocean beach and have put together a 25 minute workout 3 set of 7 exercises lasting 45 seconds an exercise w a 30 second break. and it F$%'s me up good (its basically like a kettle bell workout)and i am in pretty good shape. i think if i could find some more people who are looking for a hard a …

The Sports Page bar and restaurant in Mountain View near the intersection of Shoreline and 101 has a great, tournament worthy sand court open to the public for pick up games and we'd like to use it for just that! It's 6 on 6, but a team is allowed to play with 4 to reduce forfeits. When you have 6 on the court, you must have at least 2 women. (If you have only 4 players, at least 1 must be a woman.) Each match consists of 3 games and we keep it exciting for everyone on the team through our 3 divisions (Sorta Players, Casual and Extremely Casual).
